Booking:

At the time of booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time. Your session deposit can be made in the form of Cash, Cash App, Zelle, Invoice or Apple Pay. Appointments made without a deposit may not be honored and are subject to cancellation. Payment of the deposit is required at the time of booking and has a 24-hour grace period. Deposits that are not paid within 24 hours of setting an appointment may not be honored and subject the appointment to cancellation. Payment of the deposit acts as an agreement to all DA ART BUREAU, LLC policies. Collaborations or creative endeavors booked with no monetary gain give DA ART BUREAU, LLC ALL rights to photos taken and may be used however and whenever the photographer sees fit.

Payment:

Sessions must be paid in full prior to the shoot date or immediately after the shoot via Cash, Cash App, Zelle, Invoice or Apple Pay. Checks are not accepted. An additional $20 surcharge will be added to all sessions where the client is beyond 15 minutes late. Session end times will not be extended to accommodate client lateness.

Cancellation

If you are unable to make your photo session, all deposits will act as a cancellation fee. Seventy-two (72) hours of advance notice of cancellation is required in order to credit the deposit toward a future session or issue a half refund. If not notified within 24 hours of the session, the half-deposit rule is cleared and there will be no refund; however, the client may reschedule for free on a day that fits the photographer’s schedule within three (3) months.

DA ART BUREAU, LLC reserves the right to deny service to any client(s) who repeatedly have a history of cancellations. If DA ART BUREAU, LLC cannot perform this contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, illness, emergency, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, the Photographer/Videographer shall return the retainer fee to the client but shall have no further liability. This also applies if photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault of the Photographer. In the event DA ART BUREAU, LLC fails for any other reason, liability shall not exceed the total amount paid.
